Malcolm A. Watters, Sr., 72, of Elyria, died February 21, 2024. He was born March 28, 1951 in Loretto, TN and served with the US Navy from 1969-1971. Malcolm was employed by Ford Motor Company, Lorain, retiring after 31 years from Ford Motor Company, Avon. He was a wrestling fan and enjoyed gardening.
Malcolm is survived by his wife of 47 years, Pamella S (nee Martin); daughter, Erica L. Watters; grandchildren, Jamie Lynn (Michol) Williams, Kassie Ward and Joseph Ward; great-granddaughter, Nala Williams; sisters, Ann Hummrich, Shirley Varndell and Tammy Sriharan and a brother, William Watters.
He was preceded in death by a son, Malcolm A. Watters, Jr. in 2020; sister, Lela Spieker; brother, Donald Watters and parents, Albert and Ola Watters.
Friends will be received Thursday, February 29, 2024 from 9:30 am until the time of a 10:30 am service at Beyond the Walls Church, 101 Woodford Avenue, Elyria with Pastor Paul D. Grodell officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
