Ashley Jean Lange

Ashley Jean Lange, 35, of Elyria, died May 22, 2024 in her home.  She was born July 29, 1988 in Oberlin and was a 2009 graduate of Elyria High School.  From 2009-2020, Ashley worked in the Murray Ridge workshop.  She loved dancing and was a social butterfly wherever she went.  She enjoyed shopping, her pets and the Cleveland Indians.  Ashley loved to ride on the back of her dad’s motorcycle and they always rode in the Memorial Day parade in Elyria.

Ashley is survived by her parents, Sharon and Russell Lange; uncle JJ and aunt Bev Gill; uncle Tio Joe and aunt Deb Moralez; numerous cousins and maternal grandmother. 

She was preceded in death by her brother, Jeff in 2007; grammie and papa, Beverly and Gerald Gill; paternal grandfather, Richard Lange; maternal grandfather, Donald Shirk and uncle Jerry Gill.

Friends will be received Wednesday, May 29, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria.  A graveside service will be Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 11:00 am at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst. Reverend Kathryn Ketchum will officiate.  Please meet at the gate.
