Carolyn S. Mackey

Carolyn S. Mackey (nee Shaw), 80, of Sheffield Village, passed away in her home Saturday, May 11, 2024.  She was born on March 2, 1944 in Portsmouth, Ohio and was a member of Elyria High School class of 1962.  For 25 years, she was employed at LESCO in Elyria, retiring in 2002.  She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.

Carolyn is survived by her husband of 59 years, Bob; daughters, Jodie Mackey of Elyria and Sherri (Tony) Saint of Rotonda West, FL; grandsons, Thomas (Rebecca) Lemons and Michael Lemons; great granddaughters, Lola and Landyn Lemons; sister, Lula Belle Hamilton. 

She was preceded in death by her son, Richard Dawe Mackey in 2020 and her parents, Ora and Wilma Shaw.

Services and burial will be private.
