Dash J. Farkas

Dash J. Farkas, 94, formerly of Elyria, died November 14, 2010 at the home of his son in Brook Park, Ohio where he has made his home the past several years. He was born February 22, 1916 in Elyria and was a 1936 graduate of Elyria High School. He was employed as a job setter at Moen, Inc. in Elyria for 43 years, retiring in 1981. His hobbies included; photography, walking, reading and gardening.

Dash is survived by sons, Rudy P. of Brook Park, Ohio and James J. of Marshfield, Missouri; 3 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and a brother, Vincent Farkas of Maryesther, Florida.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Elnora in 1996; sister, Wilma Wash and a brother, Rudy Farkas.
