Dorothy Marie Hall

Dorothy Marie Hall (nee Plas), 93, of Indian Harbour Beach, FL, formerly of Elyria and Lorain, died peacefully on May 27, 2010.

She was born April 1, 1917 in Elyria, OH. She was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, Indialantic, FL. She moved to Florida after retiring from The Lorain Telephone Co. 30 years ago.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Ralph H. Hall in 1949 and leaves behind sons William (Diane) Hall of Satellite Beach, FL, Richard (Mary Beth) Hall of Amherst, OH and Larry Hall of Bedford, VA; eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; sister Jane (Jack) Ives of Elyria and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be Saturday, June 5, 2010 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of an 11 a.m. mass at St. Mary Church, 320 Middle Ave. Elyria. Rev. Charles T. Diedrick will be the celebrant and burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Elyria.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donors choice. Dicken Funeral Home, Elyria handled local arrangements.
