Gerald W. Anderson

Gerald W. “Puddy” Anderson, 62, of Elyria, died Saturday July 6, 2024 at Greenbrier Health Center, Parma.  He was born October 3, 1961 in Elyria and attended Elyria High School.  He moved to Holliday, FL as a teenager where he attended high school before moving back to Elyria.  Puddy was a good artist; he enjoyed painting, airbrushing and drawing.  He loved animals, especially cats.  He was also a Cleveland Browns fan and enjoyed watching the Simpsons and Seinfeld.  Puddy enjoyed music and was a jokester.

Puddy is survived by his daughter, Heather Anderson of New London; mother, Carol (nee Alexander) Anderson; brothers, Jamie (Theresa), Timmy, Teddy (Felicita), Mikey and Jimmy; nieces; nephews and great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Sheila in 2021 and his father, Gerald Anderson.
