Marjorie A. Renney

Marjorie A. Renney (nee Tite), 82, of Elyria, died October 18, 2023 in her home.  She was born December 8, 1940 in Elyria, was a 1958 graduate of Midview High School and a former long time resident of Eaton Township.  Marjorie had been employed at Elyria Savings & Trust Bank, Society Bank (Key Corp), Invacare Corp and Avon Lake City Schools.  She enjoyed gardening, watching football and golf and spending time with her family.  She was an independent spirit, strong-willed and compassionate. 

Marjorie is survived by a son, Anthony M. Teper of Elyria; daughter, Kristen (Tim) LaCrosse of Avon and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Matthew Renney in 1992; son, Andrew Teper in 2021; sister, Marilyn Landes and parents, Gordon and Eithel Tite.

Friends will be received Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 10:00 am until the time of an 11:30 am service at Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria.  Burial will follow in Butternut Ridge Cemetery, Eaton Township.
