Michael T. Edgell

Michael T. Edgell, 46, of Elyria, died August 9, 2011. He was born October 13, 1964 in Elyria, where he has been a lifelong resident.He was employed for 18 years in the Housekeeping.Deptartment at EMH Healthcare and most recently, for ten years, as department manager of housekeeping and laundry at Wesleyan Village, Elyria.He enjoyed golfing, family gatherings and was a Cleveland Browns fan.Michael was a loving father to Dylan, Jessica and Scott Edgell of Elyria. He is also survived by his mother Wilma Edgell of Elyria; sisters Diane (Ron) Demos of Huron and Karen (Lew) Chenoweth and Candace (Michael) Ellis, both of Elyria; numerous aunts and uncles; nephews and nieces, two great nephews and his former wife Megan.Friends will be received Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Dicken Funeral Home, 323 Middle Ave. Elyria. A memorial service will be Friday 11:00 a.m. at Emmanuel Lutheran Church 360 Princeton Ave., Elyria, with Reverend Paul E. Jaster officiating.
