Nancy J. Innes

Nancy J. Innes, 69, of Elyria, died November 29, 2023 at Life Care Center of Elyria.  She was born November 2, 1954 in Elyria and received a GED from Elyria High School.  For 23 years, she was employed as a laundry aid at Life Care Center of Elyria before retiring in 2022.  Nancy enjoyed playing Scrabble, gardening and time with family.  She also loved animals and spending time with her cat, Wolf. 

Nancy is survived by her son, Nekoli Innes of Elyria; grandchildren, Jordan, Justin, Jason and Jayla Innes; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Jr., Jaydon, Nevaeh, Jabbaar, Liana, Victoria and Saige and her best friend, Beverly Phillips.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Iyesa Innes in 2021; mother and step-father, Alice and Charles Cowley; father, Thomas Innes and a brother, Thomas Innes.
