Olga V. Frank nee: Dubica, 89, of Elyria, died November 13, 2010 at Wesleyan Village. She was born March 20, 1921 in Lorain and was a 1939 graduate of Clearview High School. Olga was a member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church, the Altar Guild, Episcopal Church Women, and was a licensed lay reader. She had been a volunteer at EMH Regional Medical Center and was recognized for over 18,000 hours of service. She also had been an officer of the hospital Womens Auxiliary Board. She was a former member of Elyria YWCA and had served as an officer of their advisory board.
Olga is survived by sons, James D. Frank, M.D. of Sandusky, Kenneth M. Frank of Forest, Virginia and Lawrence A. Frank of Elyria and 4 granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, James G. Frank in 2008; parents, John and Julia Dubica; brothers, John, Mike and James Dubica and sisters, Marie Weddich and Athalia Severa.
Friends will be received Tuesday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Dicken Funeral Home, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria. A funeral service will be Wednesday 1:00 PM at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 300 3rd Street, Elyria. Reverend Catherine L. Wright will officiate with burial in Brookdale Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrews Episcopal Church.
