Paulette Bannick Obituary

Paulette A. Bannick (nee Turton), 77, of Elyria, died Thursday, January 1, 2026. She was born May 16, 1948 in Lorain and was a 1966 graduate of Lorain Admiral King High School. She was a homemaker and then retired in 2020 after 25 years at Shurtape in Avon. Paulette enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening and was always the life of the party.

Paulette is survived by son, Aaron (Molly) Bannick of Elyria; daughter, Nicole Resar of Avon Lake; and granddaughters, August, Annalyn and Lauren.

She was preceded in death by her former husband, David, with whom she remained best friends; parents, Andrew and Ann Turton; brothers, Allen and Robert Turton and a sister, Sharon Varadi.

Services will be private.
