Phillip E. Strouse

Phillip E. Strouse, 77, of Elyria, died Sunday December 28, 2025.  He was born December 15, 1948 in Elyria and was a 1966 graduate of Midview High School.  He operated a cement mixer for Consumers Concrete from where he retired in 2011.  Phil was a member of Teamsters Local  Central States.  He enjoyed riding motorcycles and was a born again Christian.

Phil is survived by his brother, Roger (Dottie) Strouse of Grafton.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Bernice.

A graveside service will be Friday, January 2, 2026 at 1:00 pm at Mentor Municipal Cemetery, Mentor.
