Richard F. Osborne

Richard F. Osborne, 85, of North Ridgeville and formerly of Elyria, died Wednesday August 27, 2025 at Danbury of North Ridgeville.  He was born April 18, 1940 in Bonny Blue, VA and served with the US Air Force from 1961-1965.  Richard was a graduate of Clearview High School and Lorain County Community College.  He was formerly employed at Parker Hannifin Division of Perry Fay Company, Lake Terminal Railroad in Lorain and Elyria Post Office, retiring in 2002.  Richard was a member of the Avon YMCA and his hobbies included photography, travel and visiting Cedar Point. 

Richard is survived by his wife of 62 years, Alice L. (nee Hornbeck); daughter, Bonnie (James Alley) Osborne of Hilliard, OH and a granddaughter, Danielle (Joshua Sines) Alley.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sybil Frey.

Burial for the family will be at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.
