Sue L. Clem

Sue L. Clem (nee Bayless), 87, of Elyria, died Sunday September 7, 2025 at Hospice of the Western Reserve, Medina.  She was born May 8, 1938 in Marion, IN and was a 1956 graduate of Fairmount High School.  She was employed for 38 years at Ridge Tool Company, retiring in 2008.  Sue was formerly active with PTA, enjoyed playing golf and was co-pilot with her husband on numerous motorcycle trips on their Honda Goldwing. 

Sue is survived by her husband of 67 years, Harold L. “Bill”; sons, Gregory (Nancy) Clem of Fairmount, IN and Jeffery (Chris) Clem of Vermilion; grandchildren, Courtney (Derek) Middleworth, Nathan Clem and Robert Solnick; great-grandchildren, Katie, Kyle and Laura Middleworth; sister, Jane Peacock and a brother, Raymond Bayless.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick and Esther Bayless.

Burial will be in Park Cemetery, Fairmount, IN.
