  George Duncan Strom, 83, was born August 23, 1940 at Elyria Memorial Hospital to Egan and Blanche Duncan Strom.  He was a 1958 graduate of Elyria High School and a resident of Elyria his entire life only moving to Knoxville, TN this May to be near family.
