Barbara A. HallBarbara A. Hall (nee: Baker), 69, of Elyria, died May 8, 2018 surrounded by her family.She was born November 22, 1948 in Elyria and was a 1966 graduate of Elyria High School.Barbara formerly worked as an in home day care provider and then for twenty four years she was employed at Giant Eagle and Tops as a deli clerk.She enjoyed being a grandma and was an avid dog lover. Other interests included crocheting, puzzles, word searches, ceramic painting and bowling.Barbara is survived by daughters, Laura E. (Mark Beale) Chapin of Sheffield Lake, Kathleen J. (Michael) Leonardi of Wellington and Denise R. (Scott) Taylor of Elyria; eleven grandchildren; mother, Joyce A. Baker; brother, Scott (Nicki) Baker of Elyria; sisters, Pam (Larry) Goetz and Rhonda (Matt) Thompson both of Elyria and Michelle (Bruce) Hunkley of Grafton; many nieces and nephews and her beloved dog, Jesse.She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. Hall in 2016 and father, Charles E. Baker in 1993.Friends will be received Saturday May 12, 2018 from 1:00 PM until the time of a 4:00 PM service at Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue. Elyria. Pastor Dennis M. White, Sr. will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be mad to Friendship Animal Protective League, 8303 Murray Ridge Road, Elyria.
