Betty M. Rader (nee Fahrney), 91, of Elyria, died July 27, 2015 in her home.She was born June 2, 1924 in Amherst and has lived most of her life in Elyria. Betty enjoyed activities and times spent with her family.She is survived by a son Jerry C. (Helen) Rader of Grafton; daughters Judy A. (John) Schmidt of Elyria; four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; a sister Doris I. Fahrney and a brother Ronald E. Fahrney both of Elyria.Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Clyde W. Rader in 2003 and brothers Charles A. Jr., Richard A., Dale E. and William J. Fahrney.Friends will be received Saturday, August 1, 2015 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Dicken Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 323 Middle Ave., Elyria. Friends will also be received Sunday, August 2, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of a 3:00 p.m. service in the funeral home with Pastors Marius Marton and Robert Bjelica officiating.
