Beverly Ann Hatter, 77, of Elyria, died September 10, 2011 at EMH Healthcare. She was born July 20, 1934 in Slagel Township, Wexford Co., MI and has been a forty years resident of Oberlin and Elyria. She was formerly employed at Mercy Allen Hospital in Oberlin and then for 27 years at GM Metal Fabrication Division, Parma, OH, retiring in 2000. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, arts & crafts and her two dogs Harry and Sugar. Beverly is survived by a daughter Kelley Davis (husband Curtis) of Maple Heights, OH; son Royce Lemar of Cleveland; step-granddaughters Ciera and Camariah Davis; grandchildren Brittany, Royce, Alexis, Tremayne and Seth Lemar; great grandson Mekhi; sisters Mary Jane Robinson and Shari Quattlebaum; 5 nieces and 1 nephew. She was preceded in death by parents Franklin & Winnie Hatter, brother Louis Hatter and a nephew, Marty Wahl. A memorial service will be Saturday 1:30 p.m. September 24, 2011 at Dicken Funeral Home, 323 Middle Ave., Elyria with Reverend Howard J. Timmons, pastor of Bethany Baptist Church officiating.
