Billy E. James, Jr., 65, of Elyria, died October 11, 2020. He was born April 14, 1955 in Amherst and was a graduate of Elyria High School. He served in the US Marine Corp from 1970-1974 and was a transport driver during the Vietnam War. Billy attended Lorain County Community College for architecture and helped build the first biotic arm at LCCC. He enjoyed building dollhouse furniture and spending time with his family. Billy is survived by his wife of 45 years, Lori A. (nee Huber); daughter, Grace A. (Chuck) Depp of North Ridgeville; and grandchildren, Ashley S., Aubrey A. and Duane Holcomb. He was preceded in death by his parents, Maxine and William, Sr. James. All services are private.
