I first met Bruce 15-20 years ago at Verizon. He was always so kind and warm to everyone and always had a huge smile on his face. Bruce was one of kind and will be greatly missed by so many people. Rest in peace Bruce. Our prayers are with your family.

My running mate (5Ks, Corporate Challenges) has reached the finish line! Very sad. Bruce was a bright, engaging and unique individual. It was a joy to have worked with him and known him over the years. He will be missed by many.

Dear Charlene and Family, I am very sad to hear about the passing of Bruce. Bruce was a great guy and friend. I was lucky to have become friends with him through running.I will never forget our trip to the 1st Annual Air Force Marathon where we won the team division. Another trip I will always remember is when we had a big group of runners and our family's at the Kelly's Island 10K. These are two great memories that I will always have.I would of liked to gone to the service tomorrow, but I am in mandatory in-service all week and cannot take off work. I will have a very heavy heart tomorrow as I sit in-service. I will be their in spirit and will keep you in my prayers. Take care and God bless you and your family, Bill Robb
Dear Bruce, Deeply saddened to hear the news... another reminder how short time is for us all. :-( What an impressive life story, a proud Marine, "nuclear weapons"? :-) business owner 3-D Cellular, software inventor "SoftBase", a Beautiful wife Charlene, of 44 years, 4 great kids, 10 GRANDCHILDREN! and appeared on the Big 5 Show... Rock On Bruce! Till we meet again... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Remember me in quiet days While raindrops whisper on your pane. But in your memories have no grief, Let just the joy we knew remain. Remember me when evening stars Look down on you with steadfast eyes. Remember if once you wake To catch a glimpse of red sunrise. And when your thoughts do turn to me, Know that I would not have you cry. But live for me and laugh for me, When you are happy, so am I. Remember an old joke we shared; Remember me when spring walks by. Think once of me when you are glad And while you live, I shall not die. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
