Carri Lynn Phares (nee Adams), 42, a lifelong resident of Elyria, died Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph in Lorain.She was born March 21, 1969 in Elyria and was a 1987 graduate of Open Door Christian School.Carri Lynn was a devoted wife and mother and enjoyed her pet dog Moochie.She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Robert B. Phares; daughter Nicole L. Phares and sons Dylan R. and Justin P. Phares, all of Elyria; mother Dixie Sanner of Bedford, VA and a grandmother, Rae A. Sanner of Amherst.Family will receive friends Friday, February 10, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Dicken Funeral Home, 323 Middle Ave., Elyria, OH, where a funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 11, 2012. Pastor James K. Monday, pastor of Praise and Worship Church in Elyria will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to New Life Hospice, 5255 N. Abbe Rd., Elyria, OH 44035.
