Wayne, we are very sorry to hear of your mother's passing. She sounds like she did amazing things throughout her entire life. Our condolences, Carrie and Jeff Biro
Caryl loved people and always wanted to help others. She loved my parents and helped them until they went to heaven. She loved my entire family and we all consider her family and loved sharing our Christian lives with her and family at the Elyria salvation army. To this day I can hear caryl singing the worship songs in our church. I last talked to her on August 17 when she called to tell me the name and spelling of the new corps officers. I looked forward to when she'd call and she always provided encouragement to the events in my life. You'll be missed and loved forever caryl
Caryl ... such a compassionate person. She trusted me to baby sit her children, Weldon, Wendy and Wayne when she was volunteering for the Salvation Army. I will always remember one trip her and I went on with the Salvation Army, it was at Camp Ladore in PA. We shared a room, and had many laughs. She was a fun person. I am certain she will be missed, but oh the Joy she is experiencing in Heaven. As the Salvation Army says: promoted to Glory. Barb Foos
Caryl was my stepmom and she always went out of her way to help anyone. Her years of volunteer service at the Salvation Army where she touched so many lives. She will be missed but I know she’s with dad and that makes my heart smile
