Charlie Iived across from my uncles house growing up. We had all girls in our family, so he was my big brother. We went all the ways through school together and shared some of the same friends. I will miss you brother, your sweet personality and loving heart. That infectious smile you had would light up any room! We offer our sincere condolences to your entire family. I grew up close to Chuck and my wife had the great privilege to meet Chuck over 20 years ago. Chucks love and devotion to family was always so heart warming. May he Rest In Peace. He was truly one of a kind.
