Cindy L. Allen (nee Koepf), 65, of Elyria, passed away peacefully in her home February 21, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was born February 4, 1957 in Ashland, Ohio and was a 1975 graduate of Elyria High School. She received an associate degree in business from Lorain Business College. For 23 years, Cindy worked beside her brother as payroll manager. She enthusiastically followed and attended the sporting events of her grandchildren. She also enjoyed time with family and friends, traveling with her husband, crafts and crocheting. Cindy is survived by her husband of 26 years, Barry; daughters, Nikki (Dan) Taylor, Jessica and Amy Neuschaefer and Sara (Mike) Oates all of Elyria; step son, Aaron (Courtney) Allen; 13 grandchildren; father, Raymond (Sharon) Koepf; brother, Kurt (Jackie) Koepf; and a sister, Kelly (Eric) Culp. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dody Koepf. Friends will be received Tuesday, March 1, 2022 from 3:00 pm until the time of a 5:00 pm service at Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria. Reverend Laurie A.
