Cory Robert Logan, 32, of Elyria was born July 27, 1989 and set free of his earthly burdens March 15, 2022. A deep soul, fiercely loving, intelligent, a little hard headed, but undeniably hilarious, he impacted all those who know and love him. He attended Keystone schools and made his family proud in every sport he played growing up, especially baseball, and just by being a great friend, brother, and son. He enjoyed being outdoors; loved fishing, riding his four wheeler, and playing with the many dogs he had. Cory had worked as a CNC machine operator, but later in life found his niche for fixing just about anything, teaching himself the mechanics of every piece. Cory gave this world three sons, Jace, Leland, and Beau, that all bear his handsome face and athleticism and a daughter, Adalyn who has his pouty lips and the same fiery personality to go with them. He leaves behind his children; his loving parents, Marcia (nee Castle) (Mike Martier) Logan and Larry Logan; little sister, Caley Logan; big sister, Amie (nee Logan) Kanzeg (Ryan); nephew, Griffin Kanzeg; big brother, Tyson Logan, as well as his aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Norma and Robert Castle and Nancy and Bob Grandy. Friends will be received Thursday, March 24, 2022 from 5:00 pm until the time of a 7:00 pm service at Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria. Reverend Kathryn Ketchum will officiate.
