Dale Peters, 59, of Carlisle Township, died October 5, 2021 after a brief illness. He was born March 29, 1962 in Elyria and was employed as a truck driver for over 30 years. One of his all time loves was riding his Harley. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and was a caring father, brother and uncle. Dale is survived by his fiancée Laura Shroka; daughters, April (Eric) Ray and Brandy Peters; sons, Steven (fiancée Rebecca) Peters and Chad Peters; 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and siblings, JoAnn Sen, Allen (Sandy) Peters, Donald (Karin) Peters, Debbie (Howard) Schuster and Cheryl (Cary) Squires. He was preceded in death by his parents, Allen and Virginia Peters. Friends will be received Friday, October 15, 2021 from 4:00 pm until the time of a 6:00 pm memorial service at Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria. Pastor Troy Smith will officiate.
