Daryl T. Alley, 50, of Elyria, died unexpectedly May 15, 2013 at the Cleveland Clinic. He was born March 29, 1963 in Elyria, where he has been a life long resident. For the past twelve years Daryl had been employed at Spitzer Hardware in Grafton. He enjoyed spending time with his family, walking and gardening. Daryl is survived by his wife of 31 years, Julie (nee: Hovinetz); daughter, Jessica Alley (Dan Tighe) of Cleveland; mother, Charlotte Alley (Bill Latta) of Elyria; brothers, Brian Alley (Shawn) of Elyria, Jim Alley (Bonnie) of Hilliard and David Alley (Yetty) of Sandusky and nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jess and Betty Figula.In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland, 3601 South Green Road # 100 Beachwood 44122.
