David E. MachockDavid E. Machock, 75, of Elyria, died, November 19, 2017. He was born June 14, 1942 in Elyria and was a 1961 graduate of Elyria High School. While in high school he was captain of the varsity wrestling team. David was formerly employed by the Elyria Parks Department and was also plant manager at Worthington Golf Ball Company in Elyria. He was then employed as production manager at Shelby Paper Box Company in Westlake and later sold real estate. He was a former member of Elyria Elks Lodge # 465. His interests included cooking, boating, fishing, golf and music.David is survived by daughters, Julie A. (Dirk A.) Gower of Elyria and Susan E. (Heather) Machock-Goss of Royal Palm Beach, Florida; son, David W. (Debi Boyd) Machock of Elyria; grandchildren, Carrie, Claire, Sarah, Mitchell and Madelynn; great grandchildren, Edwin, Devin and Cora and sisters, Patricia McBain and Deanie Machock.He was preceded in death by his wife, Marianne in 2011; parents, John and Bernadine Machock; brother, Jack Machock and a sister, Regina Miller.
