David Snow Obituary
David K. Snow, loving husband and papa, passed away May 26, 2022 at the age of 62. He was born March 10, 1960 in Lorain and was a 1978 graduate of Lorain High School. Dave was a true patriot and was honored to have served in the United States Navy. He maintained an avid interest in the well-being of our country his whole life. Throughout his career as a Sunoco truck driver Dave came to love the country even more deeply by experiencing it from the road and the places he came to appreciate along the way. His love of traveling took him and his wife to Hawaii, Aruba, Puerto Rico, Columbia and many other road trips. Dave’s interest in cooking, woodworking and politics were apparent to anyone who knew him. He was an avid Trump supporter. Family was important to Dave and his love for them lives on in their hearts. Dave is survived by his wife of 32 years, Aimee; children, Leah Ruble (Ken), Scott Woodings (Breanna), Jason Woodings and Janeen Rumph (Tim). He adored his grandchildren, Zachary Woodings, Zoey Benko, Dylan Woodings, Kyle Rumph, Jillian Woodings and Sasha Natal; nine great-grandchildren; his sister, Pam Weidner and nephews, Zachary, Joshua and Adam. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Barbara (nee Conley) Snow. Friends will be received Tuesday May 31, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria. Friends will also be received Wednesday June 1, 2022 from 10:00 am until the time of an 11:00 am service at the funeral home. Pastor Cori Torres-White will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, Amherst Township where Elyria VFW 1079 will conduct military honors. There are no gallery images.
