David Milburn Ball David Milburn Ball, 52, of Elyria, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family September 21, 2017. He will be sorely missed by his family and those who loved him. David had his own fan club including family, friends, many many girlfriends, his dialysis team, his workshop team and numerous others. He was an angel on earth that gave unconditional love to those he met. David was a huge corvette/car enthusiast, avid fan of Cleveland Sports and WWF Wrestling. He never missed a party especially if there was food or Mountain Dew!! He was a graduate of Murray Ridge School and an employee of the Elyria Murray Ridge Workshop. For many years he has been a patient at Fresinius Dialysis Unit-Heritage. He was loved by his parents, Amy F. and Alexander W. Barnie as he came into their lives in 1965, the last of many foster children. They saved the best for last.David is survived by his brother/guardian, Adam A. (Peggy M.) Barnie; siblings, Kyle and Allie Barnie all of Elyria. Additional siblings, Susie (Jerry) Newell, Jill (Pete) Hahn, Adrian Barnie and Roy (Wanda) Barnie; cousin, Margaret Hurst; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.He was preceded in death by his parents, Amy F. and Alexander W. Barnie and his nephew, Kellan O’Dell Barnie.Friends will be received Thursday September 28, 2017 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria. A memorial service will be Friday September 29, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Reverend Chuck Behrens will officiate. Private burial will be in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Lorain County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Elyria Workshop, 1095 Infirmary Road, Elyria, 44035.
