This is late because I didn't know your dad and mom had died until it occurred to me to just put your dad's name in. I'm surprised Libby and the older brother (maybe Don?) were listed as survivors. I have sent a couple of letters to Randy trying to find out about it him so my memories are in those letters. I can also share them with you because he was special in my life.
Your dad will always hold a special place in my heart. He was so supportive during my teenage years while he was the Pastor at York; I will never forgot the faith lessons he taught me, his love of drama and song, cards and fun with mom & dad, and his sense of humor. My prayer for all of you is that you remember his loving ways and loving days and keep them close, knowing these last difficult days are now behind him. May God bless each of you in whatever way you most need it at this difficult time of goodbyes.
Reverend David Freeman will be missed by his many friends at FUMC. We feel blessed to have had the opportunity of knowing him.
