Donna Fiscus Obituary
Donna L. Fiscus (nee Lindsay), 82, of Elyria, died April 26, 2022 at the home of her daughter in Powell, Ohio. She was born May 19, 1939 in Pittsburgh, PA and was a 1957 graduate of Oliver High School. She had been employed as a payroll specialist for Spherion and was also a school crossing guard in Elyria. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church and enjoyed spending the summers camping in Sandusky. Donna is survived by daughters, Beth (Peter) Von Blon of Hilliard, Oh and Kelly (Alex) Szoke of Powell, Oh; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Judy Ruth of Elyria. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, John K. “Jack” in 2019; sister Virginia Gustis; brother, Milton Lindsay and parents, Milton and Dorothy Lindsay. A memorial service will be Saturday April 30, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 295 College Park Drive, Elyria with Reverend Laurie A. Miller officiating. Following the service, friends are invited for a celebration of life from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm at Hooley House, 24940 Sperry Road, Westlake. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church. There are no gallery images.
