Donna M. Eppley (nee: Sanders), 88, of Carlisle Township died August 3, 2016. She was born May 24, 1928 in Amherst and was a 1946 graduate of Amherst High School. Donna was active with the family potato farm M.L. Eppley & Sons. She was a member of Carlisle Grange, a former member of Church of the Open Door and a co-advisor for Lorain County 4-H Band and Elyria Precious Pups 4-H Club. Donna is survived by daughters, Nancy K. (Allen) Shullick of Amherst and Amy M. (Gary) Eppley-Leonard of Carlisle Township; son, Dwain A. Eppley of Elyria; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-four years, Frederick C. in 2008; parents, Harold and Sylvia Sanders and a brother, Robert Sanders.Friends will be received Monday, August 8, 2016 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria. A graveside service will be Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at 11:00 AM at North Murray Ridge Cemetery. Pastor Bob Wickens will officiate.
