Eileen L. Walter, 57, of Carlisle Township, died Monday, February 21, 2022 in her home. She was born January 5, 1965 in Fairview and attended Brunswick High School and Tri-C. For over 20 years, she was employed at 3M Company, retiring as a material handler in 2013. Eileen enjoyed shopping at thrift stores, attending garage sales and loved animals. She was a social member of VFW #6273, Carlisle Township. Eileen is survived by her husband of 24 years, George Tyree; son, Dion Tyree and daughter, Alexis Tyree, both of Carlisle Township; adopted children, Genevieve and Sara Buksa; brother, John (Tracy Brown) Green, Jr.; niece, Violet Green and a nephew, Rory Green. She was preceded in death by her son, Rory R. Misiolek in 2006; adopted grandson, Connor Rutledge; parents, Ronald Walter and Barbara Smith and brothers, Brian and Ronald Walter. Friends will be received Thursday, February 24, 2022 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria. A funeral service will be Friday, February 25, 2022 at 12 Noon in the funeral home with Pastor Troy Smith officiating. Burial will be in Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria.
