Eleanor Rosenau Obituary
Eleanor J. Rosenau (nee: Jacobs) 81, formerly of Elyria, died April 1, 2012 in Rydal, Pennsylvania. She was born May 21, 1930 in Elyria and was a 1948 graduate of Elyria High School. Mrs. Rosenau was formerly employed at Elyria Savings & Trust National Bank and was a member of The Daughters Of The American Revolution. Eleanor is survived by sons, Ronald F. Rosenau of Yardley, Pennsylvania and Mark A. Rosenau of Portland, Oregon; daughter, Deborah L. Mueller of Downers Grove Illinois; nine grandchildren; brothers, Donald R. Jacobs of Orange, California and David A. Jacobs of Elyria. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Ronald Ferdinand Rosenau in 2001. A funeral service will be Thursday 10:30 AM April 5, 2012 in the chapel at Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria. Reverend Rick Stein, Pastor of First United Presbyterian Church will officiate. Dicken Funeral Home, Elyria is in charge of arrangements.
