Eleanor L. Cameron (nee: Smith), 92, of Elyria, died August 26, 2013 at the home of her daughter. She was born December 10, 1920 in Elyria, was a 1939 graduate of Elyria High School and a 1941 graduate of Elyria Business College. Eleanor was employed for six years at Reads Jewelry Store in Elyria and then at Elyria Savings and Trust Bank from 1957 until retiring in 1982 as Abbe Road Bank Branch manager. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Elyria.Eleanor is survived by her daughter, Janice J. (Paul) Brocksieker of Elyria; grandchildren, Lori and David Brocksieker and great granddaughters, Jordyn, Cameron and Alexa Brocksieker.She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-two years, Kenneth E. Cameron in 2005; parents, Gilbert and Alta Smith and a sister, Carol Krutsch.Burial will be in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.
