Eleonore H. Boos (nee Goppelt), 90, of Elyria, died August 27, 2011.She was born December 21, 1920 in Germany and moved to Elyria from Germany in 1952. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Grafton and the Ladies Aid and choir of the church.Mrs. Boos is survived by sons Wolfgang H. of Elyria, Werner (Suzanne) of Littleton, CO and Manfred B. (Sharon) of Oak Park, IL; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, Nikolaus in 2004; brothers Richard Goppelt in 1921, Hugo Goppelt in 1936, Oscar Goppelt in 1976 and parents Hugo and Emilie Goppelt. A memorial service will be Saturday 10:00 a.m., September 24, 2011 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 38307 Royalton Rd., Grafton, OH. Burial was in Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria. Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church. Dicken Funeral Home, Elyria was in charge of arrangements.
