I just learned of Ernie's passing. So very sorry to hear of his passing. He was a great man, wonderful choir director, and pianist. I have missed the family since the Vincent United Methodist days. You are all in my prayers!
Ernie made choir at Vincent Methodist such a learning experience always. Sympathies to your family. The Goodsites were part of our family.
We always enjoyed visiting with Ernie at the pool. He will be missed.

Mr.Goodsite was my English teacher at Eastern Heights Junior High School.He made class enjoyable and easy to learn.My sincere sympathy to the family.
I think we may have been one of his first homeroom/English classes @ Eastern Heights. He was such a great educator providing not only in-class knowledge but the added experiences to the opera in Cleveland, sledding at his parent's house etc. Never have forgotten him! Joneal, we were probably one of your more challenging groups in PE early on...sorry for being such an obnoxious group..you caught us playing volleyball sitting on the floor with our eyes closed - your "punishment" was for us to perform in public a modern dance of swaying trees with green outfits, except we enjoyed the challenge. Both of you made lasting impressions on those young souls back in the 60's and thank you for caring.

When I was President of Student Council at Eastern Heights.[1968] Mr. Goodsite was our advisor. He was always there for all of us. At this difficult time keeping Mr. Goodsite,Family in thought and Prayer. I am sorry for your loss.
I was so sorry to learn of Mr. Goodsite's passing. He was a wonderful man and teacher. I had him for English in 7th. and 9th. grade; at Eastern Heights. So incredibly funny. He got me interested in Theatre, which I was involved in for years, after graduation. May he rest in peace. To his wife and children, I send my deepest sympathy.
