Frances Parsch Obituary
Frances M. Parsch (nee Barrella), 82, of Elyria, went home peacefully to be with the Lord March 26, 2023. She was born October 9, 1940 in Lorain and was a 1959 graduate of Lorain High School. All children were important to Frances. In addition to her own, she raised numerous children of family and friends. She was a member of Saint Jude Church, Elyria. She instilled a love of music in her children and grandchildren; her favorite performer was Elton John who she saw four times in concert. Frances is survived by her husband of 58 years, James A.; sons, James Steven (Deanna) Parsch and Daniel Allan Parsch; daughter, Susan Renae (Chris) McClure; grandchildren, Katherine, Daniel Jr., Elizabeth, Gabriella, Sara, Joshua, Jonathan and Justin; great-grandchildren, Madalynn, Mathew, Mykenzie, Bentley, Kameron, Kayden, Jayna, Liam, Dominick, Aiden, Skyvin, Sara and Chrissy and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Marie Grace Barrella and brothers, John and Bob Barrella. Friends will be received Thursday, March 30, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday March 31, 2023 at 10:30 am at Saint Jude Church, 590 Poplar Street, Elyria. The Reverend Father Joseph Scalco, CSJ will be the Celebrant. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Elyria. There are no gallery images.
