Georgiana Potts Obituary
Georgiana Sue Potts (nee: Godsey), 56, of Lorain, died September 13, 2014. She was born October 12, 1957 in Amherst, Ohio and had lived in Oberlin and attended Oberlin High School. Before moving to Lorain in 2009 she had lived in Fort McCoy and Archer, Florida. Georgiana enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and is survived by sons, Nick Wilson, Brandon Mann and Adam Potts, all of Florida and Cody Potts of Maryland; a daughter, Summer Jordan of Lorain and five grandchildren. Additional survivors include sisters, Mary Earls of Oberlin and Kathy Eichenlaub of Berlin Heights and a brother, Sam Shepard of Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Julia Godsey.Friends will be received Thursday September 18, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Dicken Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria.
