Gloria J. Easterday, 87, died November 5, 2014 at her home in Sheffield Lake.She was born October 17, 1927 in New York City and was a longtime resident of Elyria. Gloria attended Elyria High School and was a caring mother and homemaker.She adopted and cared for unwanted rabbits. She had a passion for tattoos and enjoyed puzzles, reading, listening to music, watching movies and searching on the internet.Gloria is survived by sons David (Nancy) Easterday, William (Shirley) Easterday, James (Charles Luzius) Easterday and Joseph Easterday; daughters Nancy (Charles) Farlow, Veronica (Ron Gosselin) Easterday, Terese Easterday and Margo (Charles) Reich, with whom she made her home; stepdaughter Karen (Fred) Oien; grandchildren Scott, Brian and Stephen Easterday and Heather Parrish and a great grandson, Colt Hales.She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Easterday; son Michael; mother Agnes West and father James Clark.Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110.
