Grace Myers Obituary
Grace E. Myers, 79, of Elyria, died December 29, 2016. She was born July 31, 1937 in Berwick, PA and was a 1956 graduate of Berwick High School. Grace has been a member of First United Methodist Church, Elyria since 1957. She was a passionate reader and enjoyed needlework. Grace is survived by her husband of 60 years, Thomas E. Myers; son, Steven (Carol) Myers of Round Rock, TX; daughter, Rebecca (James) Ellsworth of LaGrange, OH; grandchildren, Nigel Myers and Elizabeth and Andrew Ellsworth. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Jennie Mayes and a brother, James A. Mayes. Friends will be received Tuesday, January 3, 2017 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Dicken Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 323 Middle Ave., Elyria. A service will be Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home with Reverend Dalton D. Love officiating.Burial will be in Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria.
