Hannah Marie Froelich, 3 weeks old, died in the loving arms of her parents Nicholas A. and Leslie D. (nee Dunstan) Froelich of Avon Lake on October 4, 2012 at the Cleveland Clinic.Also surviving are her twin sister Elizabeth Joy Froelich; grandparents Mark and Glenda Dunstan of Elyria, Joseph and Cathy Froelich of Perrysburg; great grandparents Clifton Wolf and Gerald and Marcie Froelich, both of Ayersville, OH.She was preceded in death by great grandparents George and Virginia Dunstan and Helen Wolf.A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 12, 2012. at St. Mary Church, 320 Middle Ave., Elyria with Reverend Charles T.
