Helen B. PukaHelen B. Puka (nee Fogel), 98, of Elyria, died December 13, 2018 at The Abbewood. She was born June 11, 1920 in Elyria and had been employed at Elyria Manufacturing, retiring in 1985. She was a member of St. Mary Church and enjoyed traveling and working in her yard. Helen is survived by a daughter, Marilyn (Brian) Reidinger of Elyria; son, Marvin (Dawn) Puka of LaGrange; grandchildren, Michelle (Chris) Meyers, Gregory Reidinger and Emily and Gabrielle Puka; great grandchildren, Erica, Courtney and Aubrey and a great great grandchild, Olivia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephan in 1963; son, Stephan Puka, Jr. in 1969; sisters, Mildred Zlatkowski and Betty Fogel and a brother, Michael Fogel. Friends will be received Monday December 17, 2018 from 10:00 AM until the time of an 11:00 AM service at Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria. Reverend Charles T. Diedrick will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Elyria.
