Howard R. “Butch” Hewitt, Jr.Howard R. “Butch” Hewitt, Jr., 76 of Elyria died September 3, 2017. He was born April 27, 1941 in Elyria and was employed for over thirty years at Ford Motor Company in Lorain from where he retired. In Butch’s younger years he enjoyed fishing and camping. After retiring he enjoyed woodworking and being a handy man.Butch is survived by his wife of twenty eight years, Sara; children, Michael, Michelle, Christina and Howard; grandchildren; D.J., Amelia, Ava and Amanda and a sister, Sandra Demorest.
