I had the pleasure of working with Skip through the Friends of the Library when I was the PR Officer at Elyria and always looked forward to his visits. He will be missed.
Mark, Kay & I are extremely sorry that we cannot be there with you.Too many miles separate us. It's difficult to put into words, the joy & sorrow that Kay & I have shared with Skip over the years. The passing of Gerry, the untimely death of Todd and Tyler over shadow the many happy moments our families have shared.
Karen and I have known and enjoyed Skip's friendship for many years through the Lorain Co. Historical Society and Lorain Co. OGS Chapter. We'll miss (and always remember) his kind words, intelligence, love of family history and golf, his sense of humor and fun, and the twinkle in his eye. Rest in peace, Skip.
