James Edward Dawson, 62, of Sheffield Lake, died December 7, 2020. He was born July 24, 1958 in Orrville, Ohio and was a 1976 graduate of Revere High School. After high school he served from 1977-1980 in the US Army. He began his pursuit of becoming a Pastor by attending Faith Theological Seminary and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Pastoral Ministries. Jim gave his life to God, serving in Community Outreach. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Jim is survived by his wife of twenty seven years, Karen Dawson; sons, Christopher (Alyssa) Loman and Brian (Sara) Loman; grandchildren, Aaron, Allyson and Leigha; and a brother, Robert Dawson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Joyce Dawson and a sister, Marlene Davies.
