James L. NorrisJames L. Norris, 69, of Wellington, died October 4, 2017. He was born July 29, 1948 in Berea, Ohio. James is survived his wife of twenty six years, Patricia A. (nee: White) Norris; sons, James Norris, Jr. and Edward Norris, Sr.; daughter, Melinda Willingham; seventeen grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sisters, Deborah Obermiller and Brenda Norris; brothers, William, Tom and Jeff Norris and an uncle, Elmer Godsey. He was preceded in death by sons, A.J. Norris and William and Ellis Watts; parents, Thomas and Velma Norris and a brother, Robert Norris.
