James Sizemore, Sr. Obituary
James N. Sizemore, Sr., 73, of Elyria, died April 19, 2016. He was born July 18, 1942 in Matewan, West Virginia and has been a long time resident of Elyria. James was employed by General Motors for thirty years mostly with Fisher Body in Elyria retiring from the GM Plant in Parma and was a member of UAW Local 1005. He was a member Church of God of Prophecy, Elyria and enjoyed time with his family, fishing and hunting. James is survived by his wife of fifty three years, Betty R. (nee Little); sons, Randy C. (Jean) of Elyria and James N. (Jessica) of Newburgh Heights, Ohio; daughter, Renee (Bryan S.) Maira of Sharon Center, Ohio and grandchildren, Theresa and John Sizemore and Trevor Snider. Also surviving is a sister, Jackie Smith of Elyria.He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lula Sizemore and a brother, Bill Sizemore.A memorial service will be Saturday April 23, 2016 at 1:30 PM at Church of God of Prophecy, 11233 LaGrange Road, Elyria. Pastor Homer Rojas will officiate. Arrangements were in the care of Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Elyria, Ohio.
