Janet L. Chapman (nee Spangler), 51, of Medina, died October 2, 2015 at her home, surrounded by her family.She was born July 18, 1964 in Cleveland and was a 1982 graduate of Buckeye High School. She was an active member of Heartland Community Church on Medina. Janet is survived by her husband of 14 years, Barry L. Chapman; parents Robert and Charlotte Spangler of Somerset, PA; son Keegan Chapman of Medina and son David Kish and daughter-in-law Jessica Joseph of Medina; grandchildren Kaylin Kish age 4 and Bentley Kish age 3. She was also survived by a brother David Spangler of Cleveland and his children, Rebecca, Robbie and Hannah and a sister Peggy Cox and family.A memorial service will be Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Heartland Community Church, 3400 Weymouth Rd., Medina, OH 44125 with Pastor Dave Ambrose officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family. Arrangements are in the care of Dicken Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Elyria.
